REMOVAL. – Inspector General Winder will this morning remove his headquarters to the commodious hall on the first floor of the building on the South east corner of Broad and 9th streets. The multifarious duties of General Winder, bringing him in daily communication with hundreds of soldiers, and others having business with the Government renders a removal from his former contracted, and illy arranged quarters, absolutely necessary.
