From the Richmond Dispatch, 4/29/1862

The Execution To-Day - So far as we could learn yesterday, the man Timothy Webster, condemned to be hung as a spy by the Court-Martial now in session here, will certainly be executed to-day. We are not advised as to the place or time. We understand from refugees from Baltimore that it was currently reported in that city a week since that Webster was to be hung. At that time he had not been condemned. The knowledge displayed by the parties in Baltimore would seem surprising unless we accept the hypothesis that people there knew of his traitorous proceedings, and that he deserved death. The prisoner is the same party who used to make trips to the North with letters, and bring back papers, etc., to this city.
