Arrested as a Spy. - Captain Fallon, master of a schooner heretofore engaged in running the Potomac blockade, was brought to this city on the Central Railroad cars yesterday evening, by detective Samuel McCubbin, having been arrested on suspicion of communicating with the enemy. The delinquent skipper was consigned to the military prison.
