The Recent Explosion. - It is gratifying to learn that no death has resulted from the recent explosion of fuses in the C. S. Laboratory, and that all the boys who were injured are in a fair way to recover. The Government is now doing what ought to have been done in the first place: constructing a building on the upper extremity of Brown's Island, where all this work of driving fuses will be carried on. There will then, we presume, be no reason for apprehending another explosion in the Laboratory proper.
