Brought Back. - We are informed by the jailor of Henrico county that the three men, Twells, Stanton, and Lawson, who recently broke out of that institution, are now within its walls again, having returned by some citizens who saw them attempting to cross the Rappahannock. This river has proved fatal to the aspiring hopes of several escaped Yankees heretofore.
