Confederate States District Court. – John H. Leftwich’s habeas corpus case was again taken up yesterday morning and occupied the whole day’s proceedings. Hon. August closed the argument for the Government; after which Judge Halyburton gave notice that he should reserve his decision till a future day, and thereupon the Court adjourned till eleven o’clock this morning.
