Disloyal. – A free negro named Sampson Brown, recently arrested in Richmond county, Va, on the charge of disloyalty, was brought to this city yesterday and lodged in Castle Thunder. He hails from Northumberland county where it is alleged, he has been guilty of persuading negroes to join the Yankee army; has made his brags of what he intends doing to the rebels; how he means to treat ladies when they fall into his hands, and has been heard to say that he has already killed several Confederate soldiers. A court-martial will soon dispose of his case.
