C S District Court. – No business was transacted yesterday. Judge Halyburton failed to deliver his decision upon the application R D’Orsey Ogden, claiming exemption from the Confederate service on the ground of his being a British subject and never having become a domiciled resident. Next Monday has bee set aside as the day for deciding the matter.

The case of W W Weisiger vs E C Elmore, C S Treasurer, on a rule against the defendant, to show cause why a mandamus should not be issued against him, was also postponed till Monday.

The Court will not convene till the 25th inst.
