PROVOST ITEMS. – The following were among the cases disposed of by Judge McEntee on Saturday.
Charles Wade, negro, charge with being drunk and disorderly and threatening to shoot Pat. Minahan, was sent to the Libby for thirty days.
Caroline Brown and Francis Brown, negroes, charged with using obscene language, were sent to the Castle for ten days each.
Brown Johnston and Claib. Scott, negroes, charged with creating a nuisance in the street, were sent to the Libby, each for thirty days.
