Judge Lyons’s Court. – The trial of Robert S. Forde, for the murder of Robert E Dixon, was resumed in this Court yesterday, according to adjournment the previous evening. - Messrs. Wallingsford, proprietor of the Linwood House; Pecay, Thomas, and Hon. Mr. Read, member of the House of Representatives, were examined for the defence. The testimony so far differs very little from that which was published at the first examination, and it is therefore unnecessary to occupy our columns with a repetition of it. At the hour of four o’clock the Court adjourned to meet again this morning at 10 o’clock.
