CHARGED WITH LUNACY. – Maria Lewis (colored), arrested on the charge of being a lunatic, was yesterday committed to jail in default of $50 security for three months, she declaring that she was sane, but had only been beat by a man at Chimborazo, who had set dogs on her, and ‘twas for defending herself that she was arrested.
