Union Man. – James H. Wynne, a North Carolinian, a professed Unionist and reconstructionist, was brought to Richmond from Salisbury on Wednesday, by detective New, and lodged, by order of the Provost Marshal, in the Libby prison, to be sent North after an examination before Judge Baxter.
