Departure of a Flag of Truce. – A steamer arrived at City Point yesterday from Fortress Monroe, and to day over 500 non-commissioned officers and privates of the Yankee army now in the Libby prison will be sent home. It is probable that a number of officers will also be sent away at the same time.
