Tribute of Respect. - The colors of the Capitol were hung at half-mast on Saturday, out of respect to the memory of R. E. Dixon, late Clerk of the C. S. House of Representatives. On Friday night the members adopted suitable resolutions, which were ordered to be spread on the journal. A committee was appointed to take charge of the body and forward it to Columbus, Ga., the late home of deceased. On Saturday it was taken to the Capitol, and at 4 o’clock was conveyed to the Southern depot, en route for home.
