The Markets. – The opening of spring as had a market effect in increasing the number of markets carts coming to Richmond. Yesterday evening an unusually large number were congregated at the First Market house. In a few weeks, no doubt, the prices of various vegetables will be much reduced. Fresh butter is coming in very freely now, but is sold outrageously high.
