Boy Drowned. – A small white boy was drowned last evening in the cellar of a house located at the corner of 18th and Cary sts. He was playing in front of the cellar door in the water of the river, which had risen to the street, when incautiously adventuring near the cellar door he slipped in and was drowned before assistance could reach him.
