Discharged. – T. W. Saunders, arrested as a deserter from the 1st Louisiana regiment, and imprisoned in Castle Thunder, has been discharged, it being proven that he had only left his regiment without permission to join an artillery battery, but had never deserted, and was in service all the time that it was supposed he had deserted.
