PLANK AND SCANTLING AT AUCTION. – We will sell at auction, at 12 o’clock M, on THURSDAY next, February 5th, on 13th street, near Shockoe Warehouse, the temporary Railway Tracks leading from said warehouse to the dock and the river. These Tracks contain a large lot of most excellent Plank and Scantling.
