Sent Off. – Eight hundred Abolition prisoners were sent to City Point yesterday, to be dispatched thence, under flag of truce, to Fortress Monroe, and delivered in the hands of the Yankee commander at that post. They were part of the men captured by General Bragg in Tennessee. Some twenty-five hundred remain to be sent off.
