Yankee Deserters. - A large batch of Yankee deserters came into our lines yesterday, and were committed to Castle Thunder. - They represent that Grant's forces are completely demoralized, and that many of them desire to effect their escape.

Change of Status. - Sixty-eight Federal deserters heretofore confined in Castle Thunder have been transferred to the Libby prison, to be considered as prisoners of war.
