Refused to do Militia Duty. - A number of the foreigners arrested by the Provost Guards yesterday have refused to do military duty, and have in consequence been committed to Castle Thunder. One fellow, a German, named Antone Cremarg, resisted officer Jones, of the detective police, and the women of Cremarg's family made a tremendous assault upon the officer, who, however, succeeded in bringing off the unwilling militiaman.
