Belle Isle. – Orders were issued yesterday to fit up this place for the accommodation of a large number of Yankee prisoners. Tents will be put up first and huts afterwards, if the timber can be procured. In this matter the Government is acting on the supposition that the Yankee nation will refuse to exchange its subjects.
