The Libby Prison. – This establishment has passed temporarily under charge of Lieut. Virginius Bossieux, Captain Turner having obtained leave of absence to visit Winchester for twenty days. – Hardly a dozen Abolition soldiers have been carried there within the past week — not more than three, up to last night, since the battles about Fredericksburg commenced. Last night several hundred were expected by the cars, and the City Battalion after dress parade on the Capitol Square repaired to the depot to take any of them in charge who should arrive. It was rumored that over 1,000 had been captured by our forces.
