Prison Items. – The following parties were received yesterday at the Military prison of the Eastern District, viz: E. S. Dorsey, who was sent down by Brig. Gen. Jones from the vicinity of Winchester on charges involving his standing as a Southern citizen. This prisoner is a son of Rev. Dr. Dorsey, of Baltimore, and received a gun-shot wound in the arm in an attempt to get away from the guard who arrested him. Henry Hall, of the 1st Georgia regulars, was sent from his regiment to this prison also yesterday, and immediately on his arrival had a ball and chain affixed to his leg. Frederick Wills was put in as a suspicious character — arrested while making his way (as is supposed) to the enemy's lines.
