Mayor's Court, Monday, Nov. 17th. - ... The parties, male and female, arrested at the bawdy house of Ann E. Thomas, Cary street, Saturday night, for being of evil name, &c., were sent to jail until Tuesday, the Mayor having determined to hold them as accessories to the murder of Capt. J. O. Withmell, and bail in such a case not being allowed.
