To be Sent Away. – Sixty of the citizen prisoners confined at the Libby prison are to be sent away this morning under flag of truce. Several hundred of a like description of prisoners are expected here before the end of the week from Salisbury, N. C., and it is probable that another batch of "citizens" will be gotten ready to go from this place. If so, the whole lot will go next Tuesday, in charge of Mr. Wood, of Washington, D. C., who has been in this section for a couple of weeks engaged in mustering up Lincoln's "ragged recruits."
