Departure of a Flag of Truce. - Six hundred and thirty Federal soldiers were sent from Richmond yesterday, at 12 o'clock, by flag of truce.--Several wounded and disabled officers, and a number of ladies also went North at the same time. An unusual number of vehicles of various sorts were brought into service to carry down those who were unable to walk. The next flag of truce will probably start on Thursday, when Mr. Wood will carry off some of the citizen prisoners now here.
