Flag of Truce. - If nothing should occur to prevent it, the Government will dispatch to day for Varina, under flag of truce, for exchange, about twenty-five hundred of the Yankee inhabitants of Belle Isle. The men are very anxious to be off, and those who are called upon to minister to their wants are equally solicitous to get rid of them.--Their departure is very opportune, as it will make room for the large number daily expected from Manassas and vicinity.
