From the Richmond Dispatch, 8/28/1862, p. 1, c. 5
Sent to Castle Thunder. – Wm. Hines, a resident of the county of Isle of Wight, was yesterday committed to this establishment on the charge of trading and corresponding with the enemy for the past two or three months. He was arrested in the neighborhood of Drury's Bluff, and his wagon, which he was driving at the time, contained a number of Yankee notions, among others a good supply of Boston matches.
