CHIMBORAZO HOSPITAL - Commandants of Regiments, Brigades and Divisions will find the name of all the men returned to duty from the five Chimborazo Hospitals posted daily at the doors of the Steward's office. The men will be delivered in charge of any authorized guard or escort upon application.
