We understand that the Government has determined to carry all of the Yankee officers now here to Salisbury, N. C. There are about sixty of them here, and they will start for their new place of residence this morning. – At the same time, and bound for the same destination, will be sent fifty of the hardest subjects now in confinement at Castle Godwin.
