TO BE COURT-MARTIALED. – The soldier who attempted to kill Col. Rose, his commanding officer, some weeks since, but who himself so severely injured by the Colonel, in self-defence, has, we learn, nearly entirely recovered. He will be court-martialed for the offence, the punishment for which, by the articles of war, is death. – Lynchburg News.
