ARREST OF A DESERTER. – Lewis Hazelton, a deserter from the regulars, was arrested yesterday by Captain Epps in the Shockoe Hill burying-ground. Hazleton, whilst being carried to the station-house, broke away from the police, but a few pistol shots, which passed in unpleasant proximity to his head and ears, concluded him to stop. He was conducted to good quarters on Brook avenue, where he remained until his business took him to Camp Winder.
