COMMISSIONERS’ SALE OF TEN BEAUTIFUL HALF-ACRE LOTS, ON CHURCH HILL (ON CHIMBORAZO HEIGHTS), EMBRACING TWO AND A HALF SQUARES, THE FIRST BOUNDED BY H (OR BROAD) STREET, GRACE, THIRTY-SECOND, AND THIRTY-THIRD STREETS; THE SECOND BY GRACE, FRANKLIN, THIRTY-THIRD, AND THIRTY-FOURTH STREETS; AND THE THIRD (HALF-SQUARE) BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE SOUTH LINE OF I (OR MARSHALL) STREET BETWEEN THIRTY-THIRD AND THIRTY-FOURTH STREETS; TO BE SUB-DIVIDED INTO FORTY LOTS, EACH 33 BY 155 FEET TO AN ALLEY. – By virtue of a decree of the Chancery Court of the city of Richmond entered on the 12th of May, 1874, in the case of Hankins, &c., vs. Wilson, &c. made in pursuance of a decree of the Special Court of Appeals rendered on the 12th of January, 1874, in the case of Giles vs. Wilson, &c., the undersigned, special commissioners, will proceed to sell at public auction, on the premises, on FRIDAY the 28th of May, 1875, at 4 o’clock P. M., (if fair; if not, on the first day thereafter,) the foregoing VALUABLE REAL ESTATE, a map of which will be exhibited at the hour of sale, and can be seen in the mean time at the office of the auctioneer.

These lots are amongst the most beautiful in that part of the city, on a high plateau, quite level, and by the filling up of Broad street across Bloody Run gully rendered very accessible, and commanding a lovely view of the country for miles in extent.

TERMS: One-fourth cash; balance at 6, 12, and 18 months for negotiable notes with an endorser, interest added, and title retained until the whole purchase money is paid and a conveyance ordered by the court.
