ROW AT OR NEAR MALVERN HILL. – Justice Atlee on yesterday issued warrants for the arrest of several negroes charged with participating in a free fight which took place near Malvern Hill on the night previous, and in which knives, pistols, and clubs, were freely used. From the fact that no prisoners had been brought to the county jail up to a late hour last evening, we infer that the officers in whose hands the warrants were placed had made no arrests.
