You are directed to send no more officers to Genl Hospital No. 4, the Secretary of War having directed its discontinuance. You will send all officers arriving to Stuart Hospital who are not residents of this city, or who do not express a positive preference for their State Hospital; & will in future send Mississippians to Howards Grove.
