Attempting to Get to the Enemy. – Three free negro men were recently caught by our forces in Gloucester while attempting to go to the Yankees. They were sent to Richmond, arriving yesterday. It would not be a bad thing to put these fellows at work on the fortifications, or sell them to defray part of the expenses incurred by the inroads of their Yankee friends. They are now in the military prison of the Eastern District.
