COMMISSIONER’S SALE OF A VALUABLE HOUSE AND LOTS SITUATED AT THE CORNER OF THIRTY-SECOND AND BROAD STREETS, AND FIVE BUILDING LOTS (FOUR ON MARSHALL AND ONE ON BROAD STREET) IMMEDIATELY OPPOSITE CHIMBORAZO PARK. – By authority of a decree of the Chancery Court of the city of Richmond entered March 12, 1880, in suit of Lorton vs. Nance, trustee, et als, the undersigned, special commissioner thereby appointed, will on

FRIDAY, MAY 6, 1880,

At 5:30 o’clock P. M., sell at public auction, on the premises, the VALUABLE HOUSE and LOT, with kitchen, and excellent well of water, &c., located as above. The residence fronts on Broad street and overlooks the park. The lot is 99 x 155 feet to an alley 20 feet wide, being Lots Nos. 1 and 2. Lot No. 3 fronts 33 feet, and Lots Nos. 4, 5, 6, and 7 front 33 feet each on Marshall street, with a depth of 155 feet to said alley. The said home and lots are the property of which the late Richard H. Lorton died seized and possessed.

TERMS: One third cash; balance on a credit of twelve and eighteen months, the credit payments to be evidenced by negotiable notes, with interest added, and the title to be retained until the purchase-money is paid in full and a deed ordered by the Court.
