GOOD APPOINTMENT. - Mr. Thomas Dodamead, formerly Sup't of the Central railroad, has been appointed Sup't of the Richmond and York River railroad, the late incumbent, Mr. Temple, having accepted an office in the Confederate army. Mr. D's long experience, and practical familiarity with railroad affairs will render his services valuable to the York River Railroad company.
