GENERAL GRANT. – Lieutenant-General U. S. Grant, accompanied by his wife and Colonels Badeau and Dent, arrived in this city at 2 o’clock on Saturday afternoon, by the Richmond and Fredericksburg railroad. The General and his party have been staying at the Spotswood Hotel, and are expected to leave this evening on the southern cars.
