HENRICO ITEMS. – Before Justice Wade. – R. M. Courtney and Peter Courtney were charged with whipping a fellow-negro, named Caroline. R. M. Courtney was discharged, and the other prisoner sent on to the Grand Jury.

Thaddeus Haskins and Albert Washington, negroes, were charged with shooting and making a disturbance at Chimborazo, and were discharged.
