DISTINGUISHED ARRIVALS. – Lieutenant-General U. S. Grant and lady, General C. B. Comstock, his chief of staff; Major-General L. Thomas, Adjutant-General United States army; and Colonel F. T. Dent, General Grant’s father-in-law, arrived in the city on Saturday, and stopped at the Spotswood. On yesterday the party visited Cold Harbor battle-field. They leave the city this morning for Norfolk, from whence they go to Baltimore.
