C. S. Prison. - This place is temporarily in command of Lieut. Wm. H. Allison, of Elliott's City Battalion. Lieut. Geo. M. Emack, Adjutant of the post, has been relieved and ordered to duty elsewhere. Of the old officials connected with the prison, we believe only the Commissary, Jackson Warner, and Clerk E. W. Ross, remain.
