Prison Items. – Thirty-one Abolition prisoners of war were received at the Libby prison yesterday. Included in this number were 21 sailors apprehended on the coast of North Carolina, near Fort Fisher, while attempting to burn a C. S. steamboat. P. Larkin, a member of Wheat's battalion, was received at Castle Thunder, having been sent over by the Provost Marshal of Petersburg to be returned to the army.
