Condemned to Death. -- The following soldiers of the army, who have been condemned to be shot for various military offences, were received at the Libby prison yesterday from Hamilton's Crossing, viz: Jas. C. Witcher, co. F, 4th Va.; J. J. Accord, co. F., 5th Va.; and L. J. Childress, co. G, 5th Va.; and L. J. Childress, co. G, 5th Florida.
