A NUISANCE. – People residing in the eastern suburbs of the city complain very much of the depredations of the horde of negroes living at Chimborazo. Fences are torn down and carried off, trees mutilated, hen-houses and pig pens invaded and plundered; nothing portable is safe out of doors. The country round about Chimborazo has been made a perfect waste. Why can not this den of idlers and profligates be broken up? We cheerfully call the attention of the authorities to these facts.
