Capitol Square. – Operatives from the Penitentiary were engaged yesterday in digging up the impromptu walks made by unthinking pedestrians across the grass plats of the above popular place of resort. In the evening the City Battalion had its usual dress parade, which was witnessed by one or two thousand ladies and gentlemen.
