DRAPED IN MOURNING. - The Bank street entrance of the Custom House, the chief military headquarters, has been tastefully draped and festooned over with black muslin, in recognition of the absorbing national calamity, the assassination of the late President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. Other buildings occupied as the headquarters of the military officials are also appropriately dressed in mourning.
