LEGAL NOTICES.
TO THE TRUSTEES OF ARMORY, Tredegar, Marion, Springfield, Artizan, Sampson, Shockoe Hill, and Hutchinson Divisions, Sons of Temperance, if living, if not, to any one concerned, or their heirs at law: Whereas, there has been no interment for twenty (20) years in a lot marked quarter sections one (1) and four (4) in section thirteen (13), range twenty-two (22), in Shockoe Cemetery; and, whereas, neither they or any one concerned are known to the Committee on Cemeteries to reside within city, you are therefore hereby notified by this publication that neither the trustees or any one concerned appear within thirty (30) days from the last day of this publication, to wit., September 26, 1902, then the said quarter sections will be considered as having reverted to the city of Richmond, in pursuance of section 5 of Chapter 24, Richmond City Code, 1899.
