SHERIFF’S SALE – NOTICE. – Will be sold on THURSDAY the 9th day of January, 1868, at the brewery, on Chimborazo Hill, lately occupied by F. Schroder, deceased, one STEAM ENGINE and all the machinery and fixtures in the said brewery; also, one two-horse WAGON, two BAY HORSES and HARNESS, one lot STAVES, EMPTY BARRELS, &c., &c., to satisfy State licenses and State and county taxes in my hands against said Schroder.
